No, there is the option to login using your username or email address. Be sure to use a username that you’ll remember. As always, write it down!

There is a lockout after 5 incorrect attempts in a predetermined time span. If you get locked out, you’ll have to wait 24 hours for the system to reset.

If using Chrome

Ensure you have the latest version. Update if needed. Navigate to the Privacy & Security settings within Chrome by going to Settings, then scroll down until you find Site Settings and select Flash. Scroll down to Site Settings and select Flash. Change the setting from Block sites from running Flash (recommended) to Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash (recommended). This will allow you to view any content that requires Adobe Flash Player without blocking it automatically. Additionally, ensure third-party cookies are enabled, as they may be required for some SCORMs.

If using Safari

In the Safari menu, select the option Settings … in the dialog box, select the Privacy section. Uncheck the option Prevent cross-site tracking. Log out of the LMS, re-enter and access the content again.

Yes, you can go back through the course content and review it at your leisure. Do NOT reset course completion data!
